• Anonymous and Guest Account Identifiers: To provide instant, zero-barrier music streaming and synchronized Live Music Rooms without requiring passwords, we generate unique pseudonymous user tokens through Google Firebase Authentication.
• Live Room & Playback Synchronization Data: When you create or join a Live Music Room ("Listen Together"), we process room codes, member display names, room state, track identifiers, and synchronized playback timestamps via Cloud Firestore.
• App Preferences & Local Cache: Your playlist collections, equalizer presets, downloaded songs for offline playback, and theme preferences (Day/Night) are stored locally on your device storage using standard application sandboxing.
• Audio and Storage Permissions: On Android devices, the app requests standard media permissions (e.g., READ_MEDIA_AUDIO) solely to scan and play music files stored locally on your device at your explicit request. We do not upload or copy your personal files to external servers without your permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used strictly for core app functionality:

• To stream high-fidelity music and manage playback queues.
• To allow friends and couples to synchronize music playback in real-time.
• To preserve your playlists, favorite tracks, and audio settings across app sessions.
• To diagnose crashes and improve application performance and reliability.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertisers. We utilize trusted industry-standard infrastructure providers to host and secure application data:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication, Cloud Firestore (real-time database for live rooms), and Cloud Storage. All communications are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

We retain room activity data only for the duration of active listening sessions. Room states and temporary synchronization logs are automatically expired and purged. If you wish to delete your account data, local cache, or stored preferences, you can do so at any time by clearing the application data from your Android settings or contacting us.

IT4B Music does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can delete the information.
